Welcome to Aquafit!

Why not try our Wednesday morning classes; 8:45am and 10am- open to everyone over 16.

There are a limited number of places available, so please book in advance by emailing info@thewaterschool.ie.


Exercising in the water at our Aquafit fitness classes is a really fun way to get fit and de-stress from the worries of the week. Our fitness instructors are so enthusiastic you will find yourself smiling along with them all through the class. Our Aquafit fitness classes take place in our non-chlorinated swimming pool. We make these classes fun with a wide variety of exercises and a real sense of humour. You don’t need expensive clothes, equipment, gym membership or commitment to a regular class. With plenty of chat & craic it’s a really fun way to meet new people. Why not bring a friend or partner to join in the fun and come to whichever class suits you best.

Aquafit is suitable for men & women of all ages (over 16) and you don’t need to be able to swim as the water is less than chest deep. Why not check out some of the benefits of Aquafit?

Time; Wednesdays at 8:45am and at 10:00am. We are generally closed for Aquafit during school holiday periods, so please check in advance. See below for Sessions coming up in June, July and August: (n.b. times will vary from week to week during the summer holidays!)

Wednesday June 4th; 8:45am and 10am. Wednesday June 11th; 8:45am and 10am. Wednesday July 2nd; 9:15am and 10:30am. Wednesday July 9th; 9am only. Wednesday July 16th; 8:30am only. Wednesday July 23rd; 9am only. Wednesday July 30th; 9:15am and 10:30am. Wednesday 6th August; 9am only. Wednesday 13th August; 9:15am and 10:30am.

Cost

The cost of these classes is €11 per session, or €65 for a book of 7 tokens. Classes MUST be booked in advance because of the limited number of people allowed in the water at any one time. Call 086 8109071 or email us at info@thewaterschool.ie
